Morris L. and Charles A. Negus House

Morris L. and Charles A. Negus House (1889): A 2 1/2-story house with a 5-bay façade, wraparound porch and scrollwork brackets and paired brackets on the raking and eaves cornices. Morris (1859-1932) and Charles (1860-1932) were blacksmiths when they built this two-family house. A second dwelling on the property is a 2 1/2 story, cross-gable-roof house with a wraparound porch.
